MEASURING TECHNIQUES:

For your best fit, stand as you normally would and keep the measuring tape comfortably loose. CHEST: Take a tape measure around your body, under your arms, and over the fullest area of your chest (let’s be realistic, get a friend to do it!). WAIST: Take a tape measure to your natural waistline, around the narrowest part. For a baggy fit add 2 to 4 inches to your waist measurement. HIPS: Place a tape about midway between your crotch and belly button (about 8″ below your waist). Measure around the fullest part of your hips. SLEEVE LENGTH: Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Holding the tape measure at the center of your neck, measure across your shoulder to your elbow and down your wrist. The total length is your sleeve length (you may want to recruit a friend to help with this as well). *As a general rule, If you find yourself with a medium size waist but a large chest go for the large to ensure the best fit. -Sizes listed are U.
